You mentioned trust and allowing... what powerful practices... it seems like that's where it all unfolds for us right? through trusting ourselves, trusting the universe and allowing all our goodies to come in... I have an affirmation I say in moments when I find myself feeling like I have to do the work of the universe and it's so simple yet powerful... "trust and let go... trust and let go... trust and let go..." I say it really slowly and I repeat over and over and over again until I feel completely soothed... it's awesome! Anyway, thank you for your thoughts Anne. I really love how you said that we're all in the process of "discovering how wonderful we really are"... that's so beautiful.
