I recentlty was attracted to Michael Beckwith’s Life Visioning work where he spoke the words that I have been feeling for some time: it feels like something is seeking to express itself through me… can anyone relate to that??? After listening to Dr. Beckwith’s words this puzzle piece fell into place: we are not on this planet to “GET” something, we’re on this planet to “LET” something express itself through each of us… wow… how cool is that?
This something is the energy force that creates the trees and the flowers and the birds and us!!! it’s pure positive energy flowing around us and through us… it hasn’t been until recently that I’ve awakened to the idea that this same energy that creates worlds is actually seeking expression through me and you and our loved ones and our neighbors… it’s source energy seeking to express itself through each of us in our unique and special ways…
Maybe this is where “our calling” or “our purpose” comes from… a powerful pull that calls us towards being our biggest and brightest selves… a calling to allow our gifts and talents and passions forth… a calling to BE the powerful beings we came forth to be… a calling that is asking for us to get out of the way and and allow our greatness to unfold as its meant to…
This is one of the most beautiful concepts I have awakened to so far in my own journey so I wanted to share it with those who may be feeling this pulling energy in their own lives…
I’m begining to understand that once we give ourselves permission to allow our greatness to unfold, that’s the moment when we begin to see our own gifts and talents pouring into the world for the benefit of all… what a beautiful thing…
I think everything we have ever wanted was because of this desire we have to feel our connection to our larger self. And if we can trust and let it fly we will discover how wonderful we really are.
Absolutely! Thanks for your comment Anne. You mentioned trust and allowing… what powerful practices… it seems like that’s where it all unfolds for us right? through trusting ourselves, trusting the universe and allowing all our goodies to come in… I have an affirmation I say in moments when I find myself feeling like I have to do the work of the universe and it’s so simple yet powerful… “trust and let go… trust and let go… trust and let go…” I say it really slowly and I repeat over and over and over again until I feel completely soothed… it’s awesome! Anyway, thank you for your thoughts Anne. I really love how you said that we’re all in the process of “discovering how wonderful we really are”… that’s so beautiful. What a fun journey we’re all on!
